Renovation of an addition to an existing 30,000s.f. school building. The new total sq. ft will comprise of 55,000sf for several program elements including, a charter school, community health clinic and administrative offices. The project was designed to meet sustainable guidelines and achieved USGBC’s LEED Gold Certification.
