Boy’s Prep Bronx is an 85,000 square foot stand-alone building in the Grand Concourse section of the Bronx. An existing 50,000 square foot building was partially demolished to accommodate a 3 story tower as a completely independent steel structure topping out at above 75 feet. The standout building includes features such as state of the art science facilities, gym, theater and numerous areas of assembly.
